WE'RE JOY & ANDREW

Hi! Joy here to introduce ourselves to you!

We are the proud parents of 2 boys…. Andrew is a corporate road warrior and my background prior to coaching was in family ministry.

I know first hand how it feels to work really hard but still struggle financially. For over a decade, I worked in the non-profit space because I believed in the mission of what we were doing and wanted to make a big impact with my life.
But there was just one problem…. working in the non-profit space turned us into a non-profit family.

Thankfully, I discovered a way to re-prioritize my health and finally be paid my worth PLUS make an even bigger impact with my hustle….and I did it without quitting my day job.

I can’t wait to share with you what helped me create more energy, purpose and confidence than ever before. The guidance we offer others has helped me take control of my future and start living in abundance instead of scarcity. And it can all help you do the same!

You CAN create a life that works for you and your family! I’m here to mentor and guide you through the process of working on your own health journey while fulfilling your greater purpose in life!

Boat days on the lake! Seriously, that’s our happy place.

Goldendoodles. We currently have two named Harley & Obi Wan.

Tacos. We could literally eat them every day.

Travel! Preferably to a beach destination that serves umbrella drinks.

Joy and Andrew are da bomb! My wife and I started our health journey with them summer of 2017 and we haven’t been the same since. Joy and Andrew both have a natural chemistry that inspire you in every interaction. We had the chance to meet up for lunch once in Dallas and it was like being with old friends. They also are just “normal” people who understand the daily struggles and the major life challlenges, so you don’t have to feel alone in what you do. And they are responsive, too!! There were times we had questions about things (Shakeology, workouts, etc) and we got answers so quickly! We know Joy is so busy, but it was encouraging that she was never too busy to help! Can’t recommend them enough!
